The library

The library of the Blaise Senghor Cultural Center of Dakar makes available to the public more than 12,000 books.

It consists of space for children and space for adults. The reading rooms are spacious and are ideally lit thanks to the large bay windows. The additional artificial lighting ensures that book lovers can read comfortably.

This space also occasionally hosts book signings, literary events, conferences and masterclasses on writing and storytelling techniques.
